• Negotiating contracts and payment terms
• Verifying licenses, insurance, and references
• Ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations

4.3 No Service Fees for Homeowners

Submitting projects and receiving bids is 100% free for homeowners. We do not charge homeowners any fees to use our platform.

5. For Contractors

Contractors must register through our partner platform, HomeProBidz.com. Contractor terms and conditions are governed by separate agreements on that platform.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape, copy, or download content without permission
• Spam or send unsolicited communications
• Circumvent our bidding process or contact contractors outside the platform to avoid fees

7. Intellectual Property

All content on BidMyProjectNow, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our intellectual property without written permission.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
